Privacy policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Operated by: AdPacks, based in Texas, United States ("AdPacks," "we," "us," "our").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we send it to, and the choices you have. It covers our store, our intake forms, and the way we produce and deliver your Ad Pack. By using our store, submitting a form, or purchasing an Ad Pack, you agree to this Policy.
We are a small operation. We keep this list of tools short on purpose, and we name every one of them below.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Order and contact information: your name, email address, billing details, and anything else you enter at checkout.
- Intake information: the business details, offer, goals, brand direction, logos, reference images, claims, and licensing or certification details you submit through our intake form so we can produce your assets. This also includes the contact details you ask us to display on your creatives, which you give us separately from your own delivery contact.
- Support communications: the contents of emails and messages you send us, and our replies.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard technical and usage data when you visit our store, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the site you arrived from. Our store platform collects this through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6.
Payment information: our payment provider processes your payment. We never see or store your full card number. The provider handles that directly under its own security standards.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process your order and to produce, revise, and deliver your Ad Pack.
- To email you about your order. On a normal order that means an order confirmation, a confirmation that your intake has been received and processed, and a delivery email with the link to your asset folder. If we need something from you we may also send an intake reminder or a question about your intake, and if you use your revision round we send a revision delivery email.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our store and our production process.
- To send marketing messages, but only where you have opted in. See Section 7.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security problems, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not send timed marketing sequences or automated lifecycle campaigns after your order. The emails listed above are the emails you get.
3. How We Produce Your Pack, and What That Means for Your Information
This section matters, so we are direct about it.
We produce your creatives using a mix of human direction and AI production tools. Your intake becomes the brief we build from. That means the business information you submit, and any logos or reference images you upload, are sent to the AI providers we use so their models can generate images, video, and voiceover to your brief. Reference images you supply are uploaded to a generation provider's file host so the models can read them.
The AI providers we currently use are:
- Anthropic: to turn your intake into a production brief and to draft ad copy.
- kie.ai and fal.ai: to route image, video, and voice generation to the underlying models. These providers pass what we send to the model vendors behind them.
We do not send your payment details, your billing address, or your personal delivery contact information to any of these tools. Only the material needed to build your creatives goes to them.
We do not train any model of our own on your information. Each provider decides what it does with what we send under its own terms, and we choose providers whose terms are suitable for business use. Every asset is reviewed by a person before it is delivered to you.
If you would rather we did not upload a particular logo or reference image, leave it out of your intake and tell us. We will build to the rest of your brief.
4. The Service Providers We Use
Your information may pass through or be stored by:
- Shopify: to host our store, take your order, process checkout, and send order and delivery emails.
- Our payment provider: to take payment securely.
- Google: Forms to collect your intake, Drive to build and deliver your asset folder, and Gmail to handle email with you. Your finished folder is shared to the email address on your order.
- Our AI production providers: as named in Section 3.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy and security terms. We do not use any other analytics, advertising, or email marketing service at this time.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- With the service providers in Sections 3 and 4, and only as far as they need it to do their job for us.
- To comply with the law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If that happens we will note it on this page.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our store platform sets cookies to keep the store working, remember your cart, and keep your session secure. It also gives us basic aggregate statistics about how the store is used, such as page views and traffic sources.
We do not currently run any third-party advertising or measurement pixel on this store. If we add one, we will name it in this section and update the date at the top of this page before it goes live.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the store from working, including checkout.
7. Marketing and Your Choices
We only send marketing email to people who have opted in. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can email us at any time to opt out.
Emails about an order you placed are not marketing. Order confirmation, intake confirmation, questions about your intake, and your delivery email are needed to fulfil your order, so we will still send those.
8. Data Retention
We keep order and payment records for as long as our legal, tax, and accounting obligations require.
We keep your intake and your delivered asset folder while your revision window is open and afterwards, so that we can support you, honour your revision round, and answer questions about work we did for you. You can ask us to delete your delivery folder or your intake at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep a record of the transaction. See Section 9.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or strip out anything that identifies you.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, to limit how we use it, or to object to certain uses. Residents of several U.S. states, including Texas and California, and people in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, have rights of this kind under their own laws.
To make a request, email us at team.adpacks@gmail.com. We will respond within the time your law allows. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not hand your information to someone else. Making a request costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for making one.
If we turn a request down, reply and tell us why you disagree. We will look at it again.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on the security practices of the established providers we use. Access to your intake and your asset folder is limited to what is needed to build and deliver your pack. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
Our store and services are for businesses and for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International Users
We operate from the United States. Your information is processed and stored in the United States and in the locations used by the service providers named above. If you use our store from outside the United States, you agree to that transfer and processing.
13. Third-Party Links
Our store and our emails may link to sites we do not control, including your own asset folder on Google Drive. This Policy does not cover those sites. Please read their privacy policies.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. If we start using a new tool that receives your information, we will name it here. Continuing to use our store after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
15. Contact
