Frequently Asked Questions
About AdPacks
What is an AdPack?
An AdPack is a one-time purchase of done-for-you Meta ad creatives built specifically for your service business: static images and job-site video ads, plus three full ad copy variations for every creative, and a step-by-step manual that walks you through launching and scaling them yourself. No retainer, no lock-in. You own everything.
What's included in my pack?
Every pack includes creatives organized into concepts (ad angles), three full ad copy variations for each creative, and the AdPacks Scaling Manual. Everything arrives finished, so there is nothing to assemble before you launch. The manual comes with every tier at no extra cost. The number of concepts and creatives depends on your tier, and the exact count is listed on each product page.
What are the three ad copy variations?
Every creative comes with three complete, ready-to-paste sets of Meta ad copy: primary text, headline, and description. Two are short and punchy for the feed. One is long form, for the buyer who wants the whole story before they call. They are three different arguments for the same creative, not the same pitch reworded, so you can test them against each other and keep what works.
What's the difference between the tiers?
Tiers differ by how much creative inventory you get and what formats are in it. Starter is the try-it pack: 20 statics, no video, at the lowest cost of entry we offer. From Growth up you add job-site UGC video, more ad angles, and more months of runway before you need fresh creative. The Scaling Manual is included at every tier. Exact deliverable counts are on each product page.
Is the manual really included with every pack?
Yes, at every tier including Starter, with nothing to add at checkout. It's the part that turns a folder of assets into a running campaign, so it isn't sold separately or stripped out to lower a price. We keep it current with how Meta runs today, so it doesn't go stale on your shelf.
Who is this for?
Service businesses running, or planning to run, Meta lead-generation ads: home services, med spas, dental, fitness, legal, real estate, landscaping, and similar. If you serve a local area and want leads, AdPacks is built for you.
Ordering & Intake
What's the intake form and why do I need it?
After you order, we send you a short tier-specific intake form. It tells us your niche, offer, service area, brand direction, and the contact info that should appear on your ads. We build to that brief, so the more complete your intake, the better your pack fits your business.
When does my turnaround start?
Your turnaround clock starts when your intake form is submitted and confirmed, not at checkout. We review every intake and confirm it as soon as we can, usually within one to two business days. The faster you complete intake, the faster your pack ships.
Can I change my brief after I submit it?
Your pack is built to the intake you submit. Changes after submission may fall outside your included revision round. Take a few minutes to get it right the first time, and reach out before submitting if you're unsure about anything.
Turnaround & Delivery
How long does my pack take?
Turnaround by tier, measured from confirmed intake:
| Tier | Turnaround |
|---|---|
| Starter | 3 to 5 business days |
| Growth | 5 to 7 business days |
| Scale | 7 to 10 business days |
| Empire | 10 to 14 business days |
These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. See our Terms of Service.
How do I receive my pack?
We share a private folder to the email on your order, organized into clear concept folders with everything labeled and ready to use.
Running Your Ads
Do I need to know how to run Meta ads?
No. Your pack includes a beginner-proof manual that walks you through everything: setting up your ad account, installing tracking, building your campaign, uploading your creatives, launching, and scaling. It's written in plain English. If you can use a browser and follow directions, you can run this. You can also hand the manual to an assistant or employee.
Do I need a website?
Not necessarily. The manual shows you how to use Meta Instant Forms, which capture leads inside Facebook and Instagram with no website required. If you do have a landing page, the manual covers that route too.
How much should I budget for ads?
That's separate from your pack, because it's spend that goes to Meta rather than to us. The manual breaks down how to calculate your own numbers and what to expect at different budget levels. Many local businesses start in the range of $20 to $50 per day.
Will these ads get me leads or guarantee results?
We guarantee the craft: every asset is professionally produced, built to your brief, and human-reviewed before it ships. We do not guarantee advertising results, because performance depends on factors outside our control: your budget, your offer, your follow-up speed, your market, and platform dynamics. The pack and manual give you the system, and budget and execution are the variables in your hands.
Do you run the ads for me?
No, and that's the point. Handing your ads to someone else is what a retainer buys you, and it's the cost we're built to remove. An AdPack gives you the creative and the manual so you can run it in-house, either yourself or through someone on your team. You keep the assets, the account, and the control.
Ownership & Usage
Do I own the creatives?
Yes. Once your pack is delivered and paid in full, you own the custom creatives outright and can run and modify them in your own ad accounts with no ongoing fees to us. The Manual is licensed for your own business use, so you may not resell or redistribute it. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Revisions & Support
What if I want changes?
Every pack includes one round of revisions, meaning adjustments within your original brief such as ad copy tweaks, a headline correction on a creative, or color and text fixes. Submit all your changes together within 14 days of delivery. Changes beyond that, or outside your original scope, are available as a paid add-on. See our Refund & Revision Policy.
What's your refund policy?
Because packs are custom-made digital goods, refunds depend on how far production has progressed: full refund before intake, a reduced refund after intake but before production, and generally non-refundable once production begins or after delivery, where revisions resolve issues. Full details are in our Refund & Revision Policy.
I'm stuck. How do I get help?
Email us at team.adpacks@gmail.com. The manual is built to walk you through every step, but if something doesn't look right on your screen or you hit an error, reach out and we'll help.
Reorders
When should I reorder?
Most local campaigns hit creative fatigue around 30 to 60 days, when frequency climbs and performance dips. That's the signal for fresh creative, not more budget. A new pack drops into your existing campaign with new angles. The manual shows you exactly which metric to watch.
Which pack should I reorder?
Most businesses size up rather than repeat. Starter is deliberately the cheapest way in, but it is statics only and one month of runway. If it proved the channel works, Growth adds job-site UGC video, more than double the ad angles, and a full quarter of creative, so you can push spend without fatiguing your audience. Bigger packs buy you formats and runway, not just more of the same.
